Moving over 200 miles down the M4, we just didn't know where to start looking apart from knowing that we wanted to move to South Devon. Philip guided us through the property market, suitable areas for schooling and short listed a number of properties. It saved so much time, in fact if we did all the ground work I'm sure we would have paid out more on fuel and hotel expenses.
