• If required, introduce other specialist move advisers including solicitors, surveyors and independent financial advisers. These can give other associated buying costs and help with your budgeting.
• Search the marketplace thoroughly including the vast array of Internet sites, our contacts in Estate Agents [particularly important for discreetly marketed property & new instructions] local, regional and national press, auctions and private sales.
• Supply a comprehensive selection of property and with our extensive local knowledge suggest a shortlist of possibilities. After consultation with you, we will view the possibilities and give you an unbiased report. We dig a little deeper and include information and photographs the Estate Agents don’t always want you to see.
• Arrange for you to view your chosen short listed properties, and accompany you on the viewing.
• When you decide to buy we will advise on an offer strategy and if you wish, negotiate on your behalf to get the best terms and price for you.
• The search process continues until you have an offer accepted. We update and keep you informed of new properties as they come on the market using phone, text, emails and post.
• Once a purchase has been agreed we will oversee everything until exchange of contracts and completion, liaising with solicitors, estate agents, sellers, mortgage lenders, surveyors, planners, architects and tradespersons, sorting out any problems that may arise and keeping you informed all the way.
• We can even arrange removals, read the meters and have your new home professionally cleaned and garden tidied.

When you have found a property we work for you as the Buyer's Agent, making sure your interests are looked after and guiding you through the buying maze. We can negotiate the best price on your purchase, and as with the HomeFinder Service oversee and manage the whole process until you move in.
