Our Fees
Our services are designed to save you time and money and are tailor made to suit each client.
The fee for the HomeFinder service is in two parts: the Registration fee and the Success fee
Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of £450.00 is payable upon initial instruction and is deducted from the success fee.
Success fee - purchase
A success fee is payable on the successful purchase of a property and is based on a small percentage of the purchase price.
Success fee - rental
Our success fee for a rented property is one month's rent.

There is no VAT payable.
